Annual Maintenance Agreement

We offer a simple maintenance agreement plan. This plan includes two (2) maintenance visits per year. During our maintenance visits, we will: 

  • Clean your drain line and condensate pan
  • Clean your condenser coil
  • Inspect motor amperages
  • Inspect capacitors and refrigerant pressures
  • Conduct an air quality inspection
  • Inspect thermostat operations
  • Change your air filters

Additionally, as a member of the Big Bear maintenance club, you will receive 10% off any parts or labor repairs.
